We were very impressed from the start of this process. We had wanted to rent a convertible for a trip we were taking in September and come to find out that is not possible in the Madison area. So we went to the internet to start looking for a used convertible to buy. We found the Mercedes Benz on the internet site of Schoepp Motors and there was an email address that you could contact Pat through. This was on a Sunday afternoon so we sent Pat an email and then went for a ride to see what the car looked like. We had a return phone call from Pat within less than 3 hours to set up an appointment for us to look at the car today. When we arrived they had the car up front with the top down and ready for us to take a ride. He is a wonderful sales person and could give us the answers to all of our questions we had about the various buttons on the car. We took our test drive and was met by the manager when we returned because Pat was with another client and they did not want us to think we were not being taken care of. We came to an agreed upon price and had the paperwork filled out and drove off with our purchase in a short amount of time. We were very impressed with all of the people we came in contact with at Schoepp Motors and would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a used car. More

I am still in awe at the 2012 vehicle I bought last night. I hadn't expected to make an immediate purchase, but the deal Patrick gave me was too good to pass up. He worked diligently to create a good deal and worked well past closing to complete the transaction. I was very impressed with his personable manner and matter of fact information that was all so helpful to make an informed decision. I went in to get a rough estimate of what Schoepp could give me for my vehicle, and I unexpectedly made a deal that friendly, patient, and sincere. I went in to get a rough estimate of what Schoepp could give me for my vehicle, and I unexpectedly made a deal that night. Here's the best part: Patrick actually got me a HIGHER price for my vehicle than I was asking on craigslist. Here's what he did for me: he took my vehicle and allowed me to trade down to a lower-priced vehicle and Schoepp cut me a check for the difference. Most dealers wouldn't even consider that. This saved us extra money over a private sale and separate purchase because it meant that we didn't have to pay sales tax on the new (to us) vehicle. I'll recommend Patrick at Schoepp to anyone, and they will definitely be the first place I shop in the future. More
