I had a small problem with the car I bought that no one noticed until I got the car home. We made an initial inquiry on a vehicle on the Sunday of a holiday weekend through the internet, and were particular, Patrick Rogalla, was excellent. We were able to test drive the vehicle at 9 am the next morning (on the Labor Day holiday) and were driving away as satisfied customers by 11 am. The service was comprehensive but also very considerate of our time. Schoepp worked with our budget and didn't leave us with that bad, taken advantage feeling that you often experience during the car buying process. More
