So happy with my new Bronco. Usually I hate buying a new car because they make it so painful but I had a great salesman and they made it super easy. Usually I hate buying a new car because they make it so painful but I had a great salesman and they made it super easy. More

Chris was fantastic to work with. He’s very knowledgeable and honest… didn’t have the “salesman” vibe but sure did get me to happily sign on for my new Ford! He’s very knowledgeable and honest… didn’t have the “salesman” vibe but sure did get me to happily sign on for my new Ford! More

EDIT: DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP 9 days after my awful encounter with Patrick, someone used my information, including my social security number to apply for a credit card. Luckily, because I didn't trust encounter with Patrick, someone used my information, including my social security number to apply for a credit card. Luckily, because I didn't trust these people, I placed a freeze on my credit so the issue was caught before it was a problem. This is the only place I have recently provided my social security number. I can't know for sure that they did this, but is it worth the risk? The timing certainly is suspicious... Avoid the risk and go elsewhere More

Just completed my purchase of a mustang mach e through metro ford. Linda, my salesperson was very nice, helpful, and extremely patient with me through the very long wait for my order to be produced and de metro ford. Linda, my salesperson was very nice, helpful, and extremely patient with me through the very long wait for my order to be produced and delivered. Dave, the director of sales, was also kind and understanding while working through financing options with me. I would have liked a smoother process completing the purchase once the car was delivered, like less of a fight for price protection, etc, but I would say the majority of the blame lies with Ford corporate. Except for Patrick. Patrick in the finance department was an absolute nightmare both times I had to interact with him. He was rude, dismissive, lacked knowledge of some critical financing details and lied to me about it, attempted to have me sign forms with the wrong rate and incentives without so much as explaining what the forms were, then resorted to literal name calling (in the public waiting area in front of other customers) after I asked questions about the forms, held my ground, and was eventually validated by a ford rep on the phone. Absolutely cannot recommend working with him and frankly would reconsider using this dealership based on my interactions with him alone. I have since learned that he is well known for this kind of behavior. Gabe from the finance department saved the day and took over after I requested to work with someone other than Patrick. He was very sincerely apologetic, and took it upon himself to speak with the sales director about the situation after witnessing Patrick's antics. He then proceeded to execute the correct terms of our deal without any manipulation, dishonesty, or pressure. He was very professional and wonderful to work with. Thank you to Linda, Dave, and Gabe. To the owner of this dealership- why is an employee with such terrible customer service skills still there? My overall assessment of using this dealership is: do your research so you can stand your ground when necessary and ask for Gabe- avoid Patrick like he's covid 19 incarnate. More
