The whole experience at Metro Ford was great and they made me feel like a part of a family. I was not pushed to purchase anything only the negotiated car price , processing fee $599 and $10 tax. They listened to my concerns about the used car I was looking and added brand new tires, charged Freon and did rims touch up and detailed my car perfectly.Also free oil changes for the life of the car. Drove it less than 500 miles and now it is broke down and I have to take it back. But I have to wait a few days because they don't have anyone to look at it today. They were supposed to check the car over an I have to take it back. But I have to wait a few days because they don't have anyone to look at it today. They were supposed to check the car over and make sure it was running like it should but they were just waiting for my check to clear. The "detail" shop also didn't even vacuum the whole car out. I picked it up Wednesday night and it is messed up by Saturday morning. Seriously, sad. More
