Seth was great to work with. He was able to get me the car I was looking for, with just the accessories I wanted. Patrick, in financing, also did a great job explaining options and took the time to ask if I had any questions. This was a pleasant surprise, compared to the last dealership I dealt with. No high pressure and rushing through numbers, so I had the time to see that they didn't try to sneak in any add on charges. Very transparent. When I did ask questions, he seemed more than happy to explain. My last experience was the reason why dealerships get a bad rap, speed through everything, hoping I didn't catch what they changed and added on. I very highly recommend Heritage and Seth. More
