My service member was Patti and I am totally blown away by how helpful, sweet and genuine she was in the process of fixing my vehicle. She found out every single piece of information I needed very quickly and got back to me in record timing! I gave her my budget amount and asked her to please work with me and SHE DID JUST THAT!! I am beyond satisfied with Patti and I will NEVER EVER go through another service member simply for the fact that she was truly amazing and extremely helpful! She informed me every time she found out new information, and did not fret to call me and inform me, WHICH WAS OH SO AMAZING! Literally the best customer service experience I have ever had! I am not sure what y'all are paying this woman but DOUBLE IT!!! She is a keeper and I look forward to doing business through her again!! Thank you Patti, your the best!! More

She was not only able to get my car fixed but she also helped me save money with coupons and even researched an old warranty that I'd purchased at a different dealership.
