The service I had done was fine no problems. I need information on updating my navigation they didn’t seem to have much information. Oil change took roughly 45 minutes, which wasn't a big deal. But last time I came in to have my tires rotated, I had the technician air down my 37" tires from 37 psi to 31 psi because of the uneven tread deal. When I was driving home from the oil change, I realized they air them all back up to 37 psi. It would be awesome to be asked about things like this instead of just going ahead and changing my vehicle when I came in for an oil change and nothing else. More

I've came in twice for an oil change for my wifes new jeep, been told it's only by appointment. With my wife going through chemo, doctor appointments, and bringing the kids to and from school it's just jeep, been told it's only by appointment. Also, I've spent about $4500 in new mopar parts for my charger, mainly through other dealers. Out of that 4500, I've spent 400 with palmen. You guy offer absolutely no deals, sales on any parts, always charge me list price. Very dissatisfied.. More
