I arrived 15min earlier and after 3 min, Patty asked me for my last name. After I answered, even not having anyone behind me, she told my Appointment was with Tim and that I should wait for him. Always have had a positive experience with Palmen. Staff are friendly and not pushy, which i appreciate that style. Vehicle prices are competitive.
