Patti Jo was amazing! I had an oil change gone wrong done by Woodman’s (never again). Patti called me first thing in the morning to discuss my situation. She also let me know my brakes would need to be replaced shortly. I did have them done by Palmen as well. I am very happy with the service and communication received.
