Patti Jo was amazing! I had an oil change gone wrong done by Woodman’s (never again). Patti called me first thing in the morning to discuss my situation. She kept in tough throughout the day and emailed me pictures & descriptions of the work being done. She also let me know of recalls to my vehicle, which were able to be taken care of right away. She also let me know my brakes would need to be replaced shortly. I did have them done by Palmen as well. I am very happy with the service and communication received. Patti was very kind and listened to my frustration & concern about the oil change situation. Thank you all again. I would recommend this Service dept to family & friends and would consider buying my next vehicle here based upon this experience. More

Left message to schedule an appointment, my call was never returned.
