Service staff (woman) was kind. Even though I scheduled the appointment a week prior it took over an hour and a half for an oil change! When I got back in the truck, they never reset the oil life indicator the appointment a week prior it took over an hour and a half for an oil change! When I got back in the truck, they never reset the oil life indicator, not the end of the world, but it goes to show their attention to detail. I had a bad experience with the sales manager 6 months prior when I bought the truck and feel like he held up the service to cause frustration More

The service conducted in replacing the engine was done in a very quick and excellent manner. Getting to the point where we agreed that replacement was necessary was painful. The consumption test lasted over a very quick and excellent manner. Getting to the point where we agreed that replacement was necessary was painful. The consumption test lasted over 1 yr. and then controversy over the warranty. In the end I appreciate where we ended up but the journey was not pleasant. I would be remiss in not mentioning that I now have a car which the transmission and engine have been replaced. Not a good look for Jeep More
