Just had my new vehicle serviced for the first time. I called to schedule an appointment and they advised me that they could get it in at 3pm. I was in the area and decided to drop it off so I didn’t have called to schedule an appointment and they advised me that they could get it in at 3pm. I was in the area and decided to drop it off so I didn’t have to worry about it. I own several vehicles so I didn’t need it and I didn’t care how long it took. It was 11am and I pull into the empty service center, park and walk up to counter and immediately get chewed out for “not showing up at my scheduled time” I was never advised that I had to come at 3pm but that’s when they were going to be able to service it. I apologized and said I wasn’t in a hurry and I just wanted to drop it off so the vehicle was there for them and when ever they could get to it was fine. Again, I didn’t need it done right away because I have other work trucks. The lady at the counter was extremely rude, and kept making rude comments like “That’s why we have appointments, So people don’t just show up when they want” If they would have stated on the phone to not bring it in until 3pm well that’s exactly what I would have done. It was just a simple oil change. I typically take my vehicles to a small shop for maintenance where the customer service is a lot better. Just sucks because I had a positive buying experience and my salesmen was great. I’m going to be in the market for at least one more truck in 2020 and I think I’m going to shop elsewhere if this is how the customer service is going to be. More

Patti was extremley helpful during our service visit. We are older and have trouble walking so she brought our vehicle to us when the service was completed so we wouldn’t have to walk so far. Well I took it in for a clunky noise they looked at it and found the sway bar links bad, someone put after market ones on so filed claim with extended warranty got it replaced as since after market Jeep w and found the sway bar links bad, someone put after market ones on so filed claim with extended warranty got it replaced as since after market Jeep wouldn’t warranty them but fixed now just gotta keep eye on oil level just in case! More
