Appointment was at 4:30 - my vehicle was not done until around 6:00 pm. Seems I was forgotten or overlooked Unacceptable! The oil change was great, but it took over 45 minutes to wash my truck. I was sitting by the car wash and they washed other customers cars ahead of mine. Patti O. is the best there is. She not only does a good job in making sure my Van is serviced correctly but she also listens to the stories of an 87 year old Geezer (me) that I often tell her, but more im job in making sure my Van is serviced correctly but she also listens to the stories of an 87 year old Geezer (me) that I often tell her, but more importantly, she also takes a few moments to look some of my better photographs that I've taken over the last month between service jobs.
