Was very pleased with all work, although either the car wash was poor or not done. Rims were covered in dirt and the roof was dirty. Patti is the sweetest person to deal with, and I always look forward to bringing in my jeep or truck for maintenance work. I arrived early for my appointment and waited a few minutes for one of the service reps to check me in. When Patti asked me if she could help me I told her I was early for my appointment and could wai minutes for one of the service reps to check me in. When Patti asked me if she could help me I told her I was early for my appointment and could wait if necessary. She asked me to wait while she finished with a customer (there was no one in line or on the phone so I presumed she was finishing some paperwork for a previous customer). When she asked me my name she asked where my key was to my jeep. When i told her it was in the jeep, she said needed me to get it so she could tag it. When i returned to the counter, Patti started sanitizing the countertop so i picked up my key and she gave me a dirty look so i told her "I thought you were wiping down the counter" and she said no we was sanitizing my key. About that same time a woman came into the service and stood behind about 20 feet behind me. Without lifting her head, Patti says "The person with the appointment now is here. I guess she will have to wait now." She then took my key and went to my jeep to get information from it. She didnt sanitize the door handle when she opened the car so why did she need me to get the key. She was very unprofessional until it was time for me to get my car . She said she loved the color and have a nice day. If she doesn't want to treat customers correctly and provide professional service, maybe she should find another career. This is the second time i had this type of experience with her. I will never schedule through her again, and if i have to i will drive the extra miles to go to another dealer. More
