Unfortunately availability of goods is effecting not only our business in getting parts to fix vehicles, but literally every consumer good out there. In your case we were actually able to go outside of normal process and outsource the engine for your replacement. The one we ordered for your vehicle is actually still on back order. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do, if there is anything that I can do to get you to change your review to 5 stars let me know! It would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for your reply, what is the name your vehicle is under in our system so I can look up your information. Are you unhappy that we did not provide a courtesy wash when you had service? Did we specifically get something dirty? I'm just trying to figure out how to best remedy this bad 1 star review and get this corrected for you.

What name can I find your information under? If need be we can get a wash and vac done on it. No Problem, Would love to get this changed to a 5 star review if you can do that for us. I can't control wild cats prints but if we got it greasy or smudged and dirty we will take care of it.

My truck is a 2021 Chevy Silverado. The inside was dirty as well as the outside with cat paws being all over my truck along with finger prints.
