Paul was an EXCELLENT sales person at eCarOne in Plano. I inquired about a car, he reached out with no pressure and was very polite. Kept me up to date on the car that I was interested in and kept his schedule opened so I could come in (he was actually off on the day that he sold me my Audi S3). Paul was prepared for my visit and had the car waiting on me in the shaded, covered area of the lot. Paul even helped me connect my smartphone and showed me the basics of operating the car's entertainment system. The eCareOne facility is great! Clean, comfortable seating and LOTS of cars to choose from. The process was FAST and easy. I would do business with eCarOne anyday and will be recommending it to friends looking for a luxury car. More
