I live and work in NJ and never heard of eCarOne until a few weeks before buying a car from them. After inquiring on-line about a car I saw on Auto-Trader.com I promptly heard back form Paul Adkins, who would be my salesman throughout the process. The car seemed to be just what I was looking for and the price was right. They would have shipped it to NJ but I wanted to see it before completing the deal so my wife and I flew to Texas just to buy this car. Paul had us picked up at the airport and once at the dealership we were able to examine the car thoroughly and take it on a test drive. The car was just as advertised and the entire transaction went smoothly. Paul and the other people involved were excellent. I've bought other cars from out-of-state and this was the only time the NJDMV paperwork was completely handled for me. A few hours after arriving in Texas we left the dealership with our new car and made a mini-vacation of the 1800 mile drive back to NJ. During the week long trip the car never hiccuped and four weeks later the NJ plates and registration arrived via UPS. As always, be sure to do your due diligence when making this kind of purchase but my experience at eCarOne was a good one. More

He said he would pull the cars out for test drive before my arrival. When I reached there, he had not done his homework and kept me waiting for 30-35 minutes. Another rep, Savannah, did help me with my other questions and car history reports. I test drove a couple of cars and liked one, but it had some sensor issues which needed to be fixed. I did not buy the car from here, as I found similar car with better price elsewhere. More
