The vehicle in question was bought 6 months ago and inspected 9 months ago with the tires at or above the requirement to certify the vehicle. The console light in question is now intermittently working so in the interest of customer satisfaction we contacted Ford to see if they could help with this repair that is out of warranty. We got them to authorize the repair with only a $100 dollar deductible from the customer on a $500. dollar repair.

I would give zero stars if possible. We have had our certified used car since Dec. 26, 2025 and have had to take it back at least 6 times to fix a problem with the computer. They keep saying it will be fixed but after having it multiple days several different times, it still doesn't work. The battery died and they did replace it however the service manager stated it has so " many electrical issues " It should never have been sold as a certified car. I would love to have our money back so we could go elsewhere. We are totally disappointed and disgusted. Robert B

Thank you for responding, but I gave your service department multiple opportunities to fix the issue. First time in January they rebooted the computer, second time, Two weeks later it occurred again and they replaced the TPS, third time, five days later, they replaced the throttle control, promised to call a Ford Engineer and had my Bronco for a week. Got my Bronco back on February 18th, service Powertrain message came on again on February 22nd. I called on the 23rd, found out they never called Ford, was told by Paul they would have a loaner for me either on Tuesday or Wednesday this week. Called Wednesday to make arraignments to pick up loaner and Paul said the loaner was scheduled to have the windshield replaced Wednesday night. I said ok and I’ll come by today, Thursday. I called and Paul said the windshield was not replaced last night but scheduled some time today. Paul stated he would email me the paperwork for my week long visit and he never did. It is obvious that keeping one’s word is a joke in this service department . I’ll be honest, your sales team was amazing, but your service department is absolutely horrible. The only reason I keep coming back is the lifetime powertrain warranty Spitzer has. I would recommend buying a car from here, but if the person depends on the dealership to take care of them after they drive off of the lot, stay absolutely clear of Spitzer Hartville.
