This dealership had a great service department until you have an issue once you have an issue no one will get back to you. I called several times emailed several times was told that messages were handed to have an issue once you have an issue no one will get back to you. I called several times emailed several times was told that messages were handed to Sierra but she was on the phone. She’d call me back. No one helped me after I paid for service and had to go someplace else and have it redone. If they ever really did it at all it seems they just took my money and never performed the service. More

Sierra, works with me to get our two Fords serviced in a timely manner. She keeps me updated if the mechanic runs into a problem that will extend the estimated time to repair originally provided. She always asks if I need a ride home with their courtesy driver. Often, I walk to the nearby Starbucks while my vehicle is being serviced and she is fine with the time it takes me to walk back. I would never keep her or any of the other service reps after hours if that meant walking back from Starbucks or Hartville. More
