We're sorry that we didn't meet that goal in this case however the vehicle has 105684 miles and the under shield clips and where the clips attach are worn out and in need of replacement. The vehicle is well past the warranty of 36000 miles.

The vehicle in question was bought 6 months ago and inspected 9 months ago with the tires at or above the requirement to certify the vehicle. The console light in question is now intermittently working so in the interest of customer satisfaction we contacted Ford to see if they could help with this repair that is out of warranty. We got them to authorize the repair with only a $100 dollar deductible from the customer on a $500. dollar repair.
