Paul is a phenomenal and tremendous asset to the Nissan and GMC dealership. The whole process was not complicated and he worked as a team with everyone. The great thing about it, is that he looked out for the needs of the customer instead of making a deal. He knew what was best for me, what made sense and he made me a believer. I owe my quality of life and transportation component to Mr. Paul Bacon. I have many connections as a record label CEO and promoter, not to mention I'm doing a special duty assignment as faculty and staff at the University of Connecticut. Although Gates has somewhat of a monopoly in this area in cars, you deserve it and I'm going to use all my connections to promote GATES organization based on the organization itself filled with credibility and Mr. Paul Bacon. The fact that GATES has employees of this magnitude that believe and execute customer service loyalty, policy integrity and great competence within their job field is a blessing for customers' like myself and should be praised. I'm blessed to stumble upon Mr. Paul Bacon and the Gates organization as a whole. More
