I've been in the business and with Conicelli Toyota since 2020. Originally from Broomall, PA, now living in Springfield, Delco. My wife, 2 daughters and I happily moved back to the area from San Diego in 2020. My kids are in the Springfield School District I'm a musician and play in a band with 3 of my brothers and my dad. My favorite car I ever owned was a 1990 Toyota Celica. I come from the hospitality industry and enjoy helping people. Paul was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had been to several other Toyota dealers and were frustrated with our experience, including a dealer we had purchased from previously. Paul was We had been to several other Toyota dealers and were frustrated with our experience, including a dealer we had purchased from previously. Paul was empathetic, helpful, and knowledgeable. We knew we wanted a Tundra Crewmax, had specific requirements, and knew that inventory would be an issue. We were replacing an older truck, so could be flexible on delivery timing. Paul introduced us to the general manager, Frank, who was was also very understanding, and they were able to place a production request for us, with the understanding that it may not be honored by Toyota and if it was, timing would be out of Conicelli's control. Not only was our request honored, but and we took delivery within 30 days. All throughout the process, Paul answered all our questions and kept us informed. And he continues to follow up with us, post delivery. Working with Paul was like finding the ultimate EASY button! We highly recommend Paul and Conicelli. More

After searching two years for an access cab Trd off-road Tacoma I was able to find one here. David Scott took my call, answered all my questions, and took my down payment. Paul Cincotta went above and beyon Tacoma I was able to find one here. David Scott took my call, answered all my questions, and took my down payment. Paul Cincotta went above and beyond and picked me up at the airport once my truck arrived at the dealership. Once there, Paul and Ayah Maghtha had me all set up and on to my 7 hour ride home in no time. Pleasure to do business with! More
