I left Mercedes after 20 years Summer of 2019 I went to Capistrano VW to see a used Mercedes ML350. I met Mike who was an awesome car specialist. I did not purchase the ML but while Summer of 2019 I went to Capistrano VW to see a used Mercedes ML350. I met Mike who was an awesome car specialist. I did not purchase the ML but while I was visiting Mike told me about the smaller Atlas that was coming out in 2020, I continued my search and nothing seemed to come together. A few weeks ago on a Saturday night I got an email for another car company and went to see if the Atlas sport had come out, the next day Sunday July 12th 2020 I made the decision to move to an Atlas and made my purchase. Mike was a pleasure to work with and Nick the manager went out of his way to stick to my very ridged goal to purchase and not lease. I could not be happier with my experience and how I was treated, I would highly recommend if you want to be heard and respected. Jim and Luis in service have also been wonderful to work with.
