I'm sure this isn't the norm, but Miles Brandon, the owner of Capo VW and his excellent sales consultant Mike Stieber delivered our new VW Arteon personally TO MY HOUSE. We still had to go down to the dealership to finalize everything and Mike came in on his day off to make sure everything was taken care of. Mike even spent at least an hour showing my wife all of the many "bells & whistles" of the new car and seemed happy to do so. A big thank you to Nick and everyone at Capistrano Volkswagen: I inquired online about a late model Tiguan, and within an hour, I had a welcome email A big thank you to Nick and everyone at Capistrano Volkswagen: I inquired online about a late model Tiguan, and within an hour, I had a welcome email from your sales manager, Nick Colucci. Five minutes after that, I called him. Nick was open, welcoming, and more importantly, honest from the start. I can't say enough about how awesome Nick is toward his customers. Best of all, he never pressured me in any way. He did get me 0% financing, and a beautiful new Tiguan. The price Capo VW offered was more than fair, in fact, it was better than any I'd found. This is having done my research online, and even visited competitors, prior to finding Capo VW. Unlike some people, I love to negotiate. Nick and his team gave me no reason to have to negotiate. Nick Colucci and Steve Skinner not only made me feel welcome, I find it rare to be treated as a friend rather than a customer at a car dealership. All this, at a difficult time while we all deal with COVID 19. They were all so health conscious. Nick helped with all the paperwork, so it was done before I got there. Nick had my new Tiguan waiting in front of the dealership for me, as I drove 45 minutes to get to their dealership. Steve went out of his way to show me the features of my new Tiguan, with no sales pressure whatsoever. Nick and Steve dispelled all my previous negative impressions of car salesmen at dealerships. So too was my experience in Capo VW's finance department. The finance department is typically another hassle at car dealerships in dealing with more sales pitches. Paul Clark made it simple and hassle free, thank you Paul. The owner Miles Brandon seems like a great guy to work for. He treats his associates like family and it shows. Honesty goes a long way in my book. I certainly know where to go when it's time for a new VW. I now know the meaning of smileage. Thank you - George Pens More
