I'm VERY SATISFIED with my purchase. I recently bought a 2013 Chevy Malibu for my son as his first car. I searched the internet for weeks looking for a car and couldn't find anything comparable (miles; ser 2013 Chevy Malibu for my son as his first car. I searched the internet for weeks looking for a car and couldn't find anything comparable (miles; services that had already been performed; warranty that came with the vehicle; cost; etc.) to the vehicle I purchased from this dealership. I initially received EXCELLENT service from Aaron M. (Sales Consultant), but he ended up being out of the office and couldn't finish working with me to close on the sale. That's when Ashley B. (Sales Consultant) came to the rescue and finished the sale; she did an AMAZING JOB as well! Everyone went over and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I can't forget how helpful Terry L. (Sales Manager) was during the entire process. I also can't leave out Paul C. (Finance Department) who I signed my paperwork with and who also informed me of my options as it relates to adding a warranty to the vehicle. I left with a CARFAX on the vehicle and after taking the vehicle for a second opinion to my auto mechanic, I was told that I bought a solid car. I was very happy to know that I could really trust what I was already told from the dealership about this vehicle. I must report that my son was very happy and appreciative after receiving this vehicle. I will definitely consider buying from Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights again and will be sure to refer others. THANK YOU ALL for making my first experience buying a car from you a success! He worked with us making sure the whole process was as easy as possible and gave us a great deal. Even Kasey, the receptionist was a pleasure to work with. All three went out of their way to make our car buying experience a positive and happy one! We drove all the way from Plymouth to buy this car, and will make the drive again in the future in order to deal with this excellent staff again! More

Women beware! Scam ! Where do I even begin? I took the day off of work and drove all the way from the west side to look at a jeep they had on the lot. I was ready to purch Where do I even begin? When I got into the jeep for a test drive, the gas tank sensor was on and it was empty. So I was only able to do a quick turnaround on van Dyck, in fear of stalling out. Next! I waited roughly 2 hours to get approved for financing. Unheard of. I actually went next-door to the Coney Island for lunch while waiting. Once the financing came back, the salesman refused to show me the interest rate until I added this jeep to my insurance. UNHEARD OF. Aggressive! Basically, they want you to add a vehicle you don’t even know if you’re going to purchase, onto your insurance policy, which will change your policy and cost you money? SCAM!!!!! Do they Think you will not walk away from this purchase once you are stuck with it on your insurance? My insurance agent actually wanted to speak with him because she also used to sell cars and this was absolutely a SCAM!!! Also, no down payment on a credit card? But everyone else seems to accept those payments. That’s because they want your cash with no paper trail, after they scam you. Was it because I was a female?? Did they think I was stupid? Do they think because they have such a large facility, they can play these kind of games with people? Sure, someone else will buy that jeep. You don’t need my money. But if you would’ve played fair, you would’ve made the sale. And now all you have is a bad review. BUYER BEWARE!!! WOMEN BEWARE!! These people are SCAM ARTIST!!! I went on to purchase a vehicle the next day. 1 hour out the door. Out of the four salesmen I had visited that weekend, none of them have ever heard of such practices. HUGE WASTE OF TIME!!! Rude people!! More
