Questionable sales practices!! I saw this Certified 2015 Cad CTS V Sport listed on several web sites (Autotrader, GM Certified Cars, and Atlantic's own web site). Called on Monday, I saw this Certified 2015 Cad CTS V Sport listed on several web sites (Autotrader, GM Certified Cars, and Atlantic's own web site). Called on Monday, spoke with Paul, he told me he would get back to me shortly, no response, Called again on Tuesday, once again he said he would get back to me shortly, no response, Finally, on Wednesday evening he calls back (appears car and keys were missing). Was told since I wasn't financing the car through them I would have to pay a 3% cash fee ($1,000. more), In addition I would have to pay their application fee ($695. more). Since I don't live in NY, I would register the car myself, was told there were reg fees (87.50 more), Now comes the best part when I received the purchase agreement it states the car is not Certified,.. Told him the online ads all state the car is Certified (even their own web site)... He then tells me there is an additional charge for Certification.. Incredibly sleazy sales tactics, More
