He quickly answered all my questions and concerns and was able to locate a model that had the options I was looking for. We discussed pricing and he came up with different pricing that was available with the incentives going on. I was able to drive off the lot shortly afterwards without any issues. More

I really think they put up with an unbelievable amount of back and forth texts I was I came to this dealership 1230pm 1/2/18 I left that night 815pm. I really think they put up with an unbelievable amount of back and forth texts I was sending specs of different cars to my husband who didn't come, but the car was going to be his. After almost 4 hours we finally made a decision on a car. Although my husband today once he got to the dealership said he fell in love with the first car we spoke about and didn't buy. It wasn't in my budget unfortunately. Paul was so patient with me saying you're still here? I was in with the finance guy Craig was busy on his computer all the while trying to get me a deal within the budget. He even made us happy by sending us to have the remote start installed too. I even joked saying where's my time card so I could punch out? Not that it was there fault. Hubby didn't make up his mind quick enough is all. We already spoke about the next deal we want to work out in a few months with Paul. More
