He had purchased his car from there and had such a great experience and he said he really like Paul! Another sales person called and when I mentioned that my husband had previously bought from there he wanted to know so we could continue to work with that sales person! When I first walked in, it felt like I was meeting with an old friend even though I’d never meet the guy! We talked about all kinds of things and not once did I ever feel pressured. I know that my husband and I have made a friend for live and I will never by a cat from anyone else as long as Paul is selling them! Even the financing part was a breeze! Alex was so great and took his time with us. I was very nervous about making such a big purchase but these guys at Newton Nissan made me feel so at ease and we’re so friendly that I have no regrets! I told him a price range, color, specs, and he found me what I was looking for with a snap of my fingers. My experience in buying a car before wasn’t as personal, and I loved how he made me feel like a friend and not another sale (which makes a difference coming from a sales background myself.) I’m sure I had silly questions and requests-but he made me feel appreciated being at the dealership. Getting in my budget was a huge thing for me, and he made it happen- not to mention throwing in a few extra things he didn’t have to. If you are looking for a new or used car, you better visit Paul- it will be worthwhile : ) More
