1st experience I cannot stress how nice the sales staff along with the service department is. Paul went above and beyond our expectations and we really felt like he I cannot stress how nice the sales staff along with the service department is. Paul went above and beyond our expectations and we really felt like he cared about us as customers rather than just a sale. We were more than pleased to say the least about our purchase of a used vehicle and are comfortable with the service plan that went along with it. There was a couple of discrepancies we found like with any used vehicle and they were on POINT to take care of these minor issues. Overall this was a very pleasurable and stress free purchase. As stress free as buying any vehicle can be. I cannot stress how easily this has been and my wife and l didn't even argue believe it or not. Newton Nissan is the place to go for used or new vehicles. Justin in management came directly to me to discuss my trade in and was very honest and polite about it! Paul sold us our first car at Newton Nissan, and since he had a prior engagement, he made sure we were properly taken care of by Mrs. Margaret Garland and he made sure to wait till we arrived at Newton Nissan before leaving so he could introduce us to Margaret!
