Fantastic Experience! My sister in law and I were out looking at different options for her first brand new car but had no intentions of purchasing without my husband presen My sister in law and I were out looking at different options for her first brand new car but had no intentions of purchasing without my husband present (we were going to come back the next day). Reason being because of the stereotypical car sales experience with the stereotypical salesman (and manager) pushing for every penny they can, caring more about the sale than your wants/needs, and thinking they run the show. It’s intimidating and I didn’t want to get her in a situation she wasn’t happy with or couldn’t swing. This was not the case here at all whatsoever. We had a very strict budget, she only had interest in one type of car, and I was worried. Right off the bat there was nothing but honesty. He let her know exactly what she needed to hear before allowing her to fall in love with something impossible but also without discouraging her in the process. I could not have appreciated that anymore from him for her. Not only does he guide her in the direction and help keep her on the path of what she could afford, but he also focused on getting her the most for her money. The whole process from start to finish was only about her wants and her needs. There was no push for anything and everything was brought down onto her level, her being a first timer, so that she could understand the process and ultimately have a positive experience. That’s exactly why we ended up making the purchase that day. Because we were made to feel comfortable. We were even able to get the financing well within her personal comfort range without all of the tough negotiating. We’re still talking about it and she’s still just as excited today as she was the day of! This was an amazing experience and we most definitely will be returning customers when the time comes! More
