Paul Dillard was most helpful and needless to say, I now have my Perfect Car. The whole transaction was so efficient and also fun. Paul answered every question I had and explained things I hadn't thought of before. My car had to be brought from out of town, so I was given a longer until my Perfect Car was delivered to dealership. My brain had to work overtime to understand all the new features as they were explained to me, but Paul made it fun and I learned. Unexpected Experience Well, things happened quicker than I had anticipated. I contacted Newton Nissan on Wednesday to talk with them about their trade-in process. I spoke with a very nice guy named Paul Dillard and I told him I would be looking at a Murano later this summer. He advised me that they still had a handful of brand new 2016's on their lot for a great deal. I was intrigued. I met with Paul and was sold. He was so nice and allowed me to ask a lot of questions and always gave me an honest straight forward answer. In the end I feel that I came away with a great deal, a beautiful vehicle that has everything I could ever need in it. Even though it is an older year it had 2 miles on it and looks perfect and should last me for a really long time. Thank you toMike, Paul, Justin and the other Newton guys who helped me out. Wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle We located the vehicle we were looking for online, called to let dealer know we were interested in it. They had it waiting for my husband to look at when he got there. They gave us what we needed for our trade. They were extremely courteous, helpful and quick. They had us out of there in less than 4 hrs, with an hr of that waiting for me to come sign the paperwork. We will definitely recommend not on the dealership but our salesman, Paul Dillard, as well. We are elated!! Our first experience and purchase with Newton Nissan was nothing but positive! We quickly learned the two Nissan Specialists, Kevin Mears and Paul Dil Our first experience and purchase with Newton Nissan was nothing but positive! We quickly learned the two Nissan Specialists, Kevin Mears and Paul Dillard, were exceptionally knowledgeable, personable, and professional. These two worked well together (as team members) as we had originally spoke with Kevin regarding the specs of the vehicle, but while he was busy with another customer, he requested Paul to help us. Wow! Teamwork! Paul provided us with a plethora of details regarding the vehicle and also gave us input based on his personal experiences. This information was welcomed and appreciated. After crunching numbers and finally deciding that this vehicle was for us, we then spoke with Anthony Green in Finance. Anthony certainly knew his way around the paperwork and made the transaction run very smooth and quick (in a good way). Finally, we ended the evening with Paul who helped us with the vehicle settings (and even helped us clean out our car that we traded). Again, Paul was very informative and willing to help us in any way. Upon our departure, we observed the joy in Paul's face. It was very evident that he is a person who loves their job and additionally loves to make others happy. We are so thankful to have had such a wonderful experience! Thank you, Newton Nissan!! More
