Tire Pressure I was able to come in to the dealership for them to check my tire pressure’s. They were very accommodating, inflated and deflated quickly and in the p I was able to come in to the dealership for them to check my tire pressure’s. They were very accommodating, inflated and deflated quickly and in the process told me that I needed a new lightbulb for my left headlamp. Can’t say enough about how accommodating everyone was. Paul Fix was my Service Adviso I brought my Volkswagen Atlas to the new Dean Team facility for maintenance because my passenger airbag light was on. Paul Fix was my Service Advisor and the experience could not have been better. The airbag issue was addressed, oil changed, and tires rotated. They also realized Volkswagen had issued a recall and that was addressed. They gave me a car to use while the car was worked on, and my car was returned to me clean. More

From the initial conversation with Dyamond, the service writer on the phone to picking up my car after it was serviced, I had an excellent experience! Dyamond was intelligent, courteous, and attentive to my needs. My in-house service writer was friendly, polite, and professional. I felt confident that he understood my needs and concerns. He provided me with a loaner vehicle (rented from the Enterprise office next door). He stayed in touch with me throughout the process and called when there was a question. Very happy with the personal and professional treatment I received and will be a regular customer in the future. More
