New shoes for my Porsche 911! Taking a long road trip, and I was worried about the tires on my 911, since they have 18 K miles on them. Paul Frey graciously looked them over for me and recommended new rear tires. Tire Rack shipped them to Boardwalk the next day. Installed the day after. Car back quickly and sparkling clean. Not a bad deal. More

Went out of town for a couple of days...the day I was returning I got a note off Paul letting me know the car was ready. Picked up the car when I returned. Everything done....car washed, waiting for me to drive home. No fuss, no hassle..just professional courteous service with no drama. Keep it up guys. More

Premium detail I have an older "special" car (not Ferrari) that I wanted carefully detailed. Discussed with Steve if he knew where I could get this work delicately performed. He replied "right here, bring it in". I did not realize that they would work on other brand cars. So, I brought the car to the dealership, left it for a couple of days and boy, what a fabulous job they did. The car looks 10 years younger :) Not only do they treat your Ferrari with kid gloves, they do it for other "babies" you may own. Steve and Paul are unbelievably helpful, nothing is too much. More

Another great service interaction The guys @ Boardwalk were nice enough to do the required annual state inspection on my Porsche, while I took advantage of an unseasonably nice Februar The guys @ Boardwalk were nice enough to do the required annual state inspection on my Porsche, while I took advantage of an unseasonably nice February day to drive around the Metroplex in my Cali. So, I dripped off the Porsche @ Boardwalk, then went joyriding with the wife in our Ferrari California. When I got the Porsche back, they not only inspected it, but had it cleaned and detailed! To put this into proper context, for newer cars the Texas inspection involves plugging some doodad into the ODB port to check for fault codes. And, state law only allows a flat fee of about $25, regardless of whether you get it done at a Ferrari dealership or a Jiffy Lube! So, to put it mildly, I was not expecting them to go above and beyond to perform this routine task and then on top of it clean my Porsche. Then again, after nearly a year working with them in the care and maintenance of my Ferrari California, shame on me, for being surprised. Steve and his team are the gold standard in service in DFW. It's a pleasure doing business with them. More

Great Service on a Classic High Performance Machine Having a rare car of a type that the dealership had not serviced before, Paul made sure to schedule my maintenance on a day that worked for me and whe Having a rare car of a type that the dealership had not serviced before, Paul made sure to schedule my maintenance on a day that worked for me and where he and the person most qualified to work on my car were present. I was concerned as this was the first service after a two-year restoration and rebuild. The service manager personally walked through the car with me showing him specifics of this particular vehicle and asked good clarifying questions to ensure that everything was completed in a satisfactory manner. Paul called me a few hours later to let me know the work was completed and the car was ready to go. When I arrived the service manager summarized the work, which was performed perfectly. Now that the engine is properly broken in and fully serviced, I can drive it the manner it was designed to perform with complete confidence that everything is as it should be under the hood. I am very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend Boardwalk to anyone with an uncommon high performance vehicle needing service. As an aside, I had to put "Recreational Vehicle" in the brand box as Jensen was not listed. More
