Discussed with Steve if he knew where I could get this work delicately performed. He replied "right here, bring it in". I did not realize that they would work on other brand cars. So, I brought the car to the dealership, left it for a couple of days and boy, what a fabulous job they did. The car looks 10 years younger :) Not only do they treat your Ferrari with kid gloves, they do it for other "babies" you may own. Steve and Paul are unbelievably helpful, nothing is too much. More

Another great service interaction The guys @ Boardwalk were nice enough to do the required annual state inspection on my Porsche, while I took advantage of an unseasonably nice Februar The guys @ Boardwalk were nice enough to do the required annual state inspection on my Porsche, while I took advantage of an unseasonably nice February day to drive around the Metroplex in my Cali. So, I dripped off the Porsche @ Boardwalk, then went joyriding with the wife in our Ferrari California. When I got the Porsche back, they not only inspected it, but had it cleaned and detailed! To put this into proper context, for newer cars the Texas inspection involves plugging some doodad into the ODB port to check for fault codes. And, state law only allows a flat fee of about $25, regardless of whether you get it done at a Ferrari dealership or a Jiffy Lube! So, to put it mildly, I was not expecting them to go above and beyond to perform this routine task and then on top of it clean my Porsche. Then again, after nearly a year working with them in the care and maintenance of my Ferrari California, shame on me, for being surprised. Steve and his team are the gold standard in service in DFW. It's a pleasure doing business with them. More

I was concerned as this was the first service after a two-year restoration and rebuild. The service manager personally walked through the car with me showing him specifics of this particular vehicle and asked good clarifying questions to ensure that everything was completed in a satisfactory manner. Paul called me a few hours later to let me know the work was completed and the car was ready to go. When I arrived the service manager summarized the work, which was performed perfectly. Now that the engine is properly broken in and fully serviced, I can drive it the manner it was designed to perform with complete confidence that everything is as it should be under the hood. I am very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend Boardwalk to anyone with an uncommon high performance vehicle needing service. As an aside, I had to put "Recreational Vehicle" in the brand box as Jensen was not listed. More

The service staff is very friendly, courteous, helpful, and patient. They take the time to answer all my questions. They are good listeners and more importantly they CARE. I know that I am not the only customer but they do a great job making me feel like I am. The team work is amazing! On my most recent visit, I took a lot of time talking to Paul about a long list of things I wanted to have done to my car, the next day Paul did not make it to work BUT, Larry was on top of it and knew everything that I wanted done and had everything lined up and ready to go. This shows me the great communication and teamwork the service advisor have. Paul has been amazing to work with, he answers my calls and follows up in a timely manner. He never over promise and under delivers. in fact, he often exceed my expectations. The Technicians are the BEST in the business. Chris and Nic I have worked with the most and are the true definition of customer service, professionalism and job knowledge. on my recent visit I had the pleasure of working with Mark Bond and he is a carbon copy of Chris & Nic, just easy to work with, answered all my questions and explained the process in easy to understand way. Those three guys are true professionals and have earned my complete trust- thanks guys!!! Finally I would like to talk about Quentin, this man is nothing short of magic. The things he can do to your car to make it look like it's brand new and "showroom" condition is amazing. He always takes the time to explain the proper way to care for your car and has went out of his way to make sure I am satisfied on so many occasions that I have lost count. Thanks for always making me look good buddy! I would also like to mention Stewart in parts. He has search around the country to find me parts that I need and got them shipped in just a few days, when others were taking weeks to do. He is always very helpful and friendly. I really appreciate ALL of you and thank you from the bottom of my heart for your excellent customer service and professionalism. I am and always will be a customer for life!!! Craig Lockett More

Ordered the tires from Tire Rack, had them delivered to Boardwalk, dropped off the wife's car when the tires arrived about 3 days later. Went joy riding in my Cali while they installed her tires.
