Cranky TPMS fixed! I get my Cal serviced ar Boardwalk, and I asked about whether they could help me with the tire pressure monitoring systems on my Porsche 911, which we I get my Cal serviced ar Boardwalk, and I asked about whether they could help me with the tire pressure monitoring systems on my Porsche 911, which were acting up, giving me warnings, although the tire pressure seemed fine. Paul and Steve graciously looked at the Porsche, and it turned out there were two small punctures, which they fixed. I really appreciate that they looked at my Porsche even though they are a Ferrari dealer! My Porsche is now a happy camper. They even delivered it cleaner than what I dropped it off! :) More

Great Service Experience!! I hauled my Testarossa from Idaho to have Plano Ferrari service it. I was nervous at first, but after talking with Paul on the phone and meeting him i I hauled my Testarossa from Idaho to have Plano Ferrari service it. I was nervous at first, but after talking with Paul on the phone and meeting him in person, all that went away. Through the whole process he sent updates and pictures. Chris the mechanic, did great work! Paul was very polite and educated and always prepared! Great facility, I would do it again, and definitely recommend them! More

Even though I was n I recently brought a Ferrari F430 Berlinetta I was considering to Boardwalk Ferrari in Plano, Texas for a Pre-Purchase Inspection. Even though I was not buying from Boardwalk, I was treated with outstanding courtesy. While in the showroom waiting to meet with the Service Advisor, we had the pleasure of speaking with Ken Murphy. This being our first visit to a Ferrari dealer, we had many questions. Mr. Murphy patiently and enthusiastically answered every question and gave us a wonderful tour of the facility. A true gentleman. Our Service Advisor was a young man named Paul Frey. I have always been enamored with the Ferrari marque; I have often been described as a fanatic. The young Mr. Frey matches my ardor for the brand. He is a true Ferrarista. I enjoyed a lengthy conversation with Paul about all things Ferrari. He took a personal interest in the car I brought in and ensured that it was in excellent condition. This gave me the confidence to proceed with the purchase. The issues identified during the inspection were corrected elsewhere, as that was the preference of the seller, who was paying for the work. Were it up to me, I would have had Boardwalk do the repairs. We thoroughly enjoyed doing business with Boardwalk Ferrari and would recommend them without reservation. More

Outstanding Service Organization, people focused I am brand new to the dealership with my 458. Larry and Paul have been so wonderful to work with using all mediums of communication promptly and effe I am brand new to the dealership with my 458.
