Objective Critique/Evaluation of experience with Boardwalk Before I decided to do business with Boardwalk, I interviewed several Maserati dealerships in Dallas and in Houston. After I talked to Lorenzo Amaya, Before I decided to do business with Boardwalk, I interviewed several Maserati dealerships in Dallas and in Houston. After I talked to Lorenzo Amaya, everything cleared up in my mind about the car I was buying, the features, the pricing, the dealer's strengths, etc. Then I quickly made up my mind to do business with Boardwalk. The big deciding factor for me was my sales consultant (I don't call him salesman, because he turned out to be a consultant and a friend). He never not put any pressure on me, always maintaining a high degree of professionalism. He explained everything, every single detail of the car, the company, the dealership, the service that I could expect, then left me alone to make my decision, which I never regretted. Lorenzo is a credit to his profession and I will not hesitate to recommend him and Boardwalk to my huge network, as National Executive Director of the U.S. Federation of Philippine-American Chambers of Commerce. I purchased my first Ferrari many years ago from a dealer elsewhere in Texas and the experience was less than pleasant which made me hesitant to do an I purchased my first Ferrari many years ago from a dealer elsewhere in Texas and the experience was less than pleasant which made me hesitant to do any kind of business with a Ferrari dealer. After bringing my older Ferrari to Paul for service over the past couple of years, I slowly built up my confidence in Boardwalk Ferrari after several positive experiences with their service department. While picking up my car one day, Lindsey approached me and was extremely friendly and personable. I didn't feel like she was trying to sell me a car or push me to look at anything, but before I knew it I was sitting in a 458 with a big grin on my face! She kept in touch every few months and finally I took a beautiful 458 home, for good. Thank you, Paul, for allowing me to feel comfortable at your dealership and taking care of my cars. Thank you Lindsey for being so kind and helpful. You guys are wonderful! More

Lorenzo is Great! Recently sold my company and wanted to buy myself and my wife a new car so I had been looking for a couple months in anticipation. Visited Boardwalk Recently sold my company and wanted to buy myself and my wife a new car so I had been looking for a couple months in anticipation. Visited Boardwalk a couple times and Lorenzo was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with no sales pressure. The day I signed the paperwork to sell my company, I called Lorenzo and told him I would be there in an hour to buy a couple cars. When I arrived, Lorenzo had both cars I was considering detailed and waiting for me, an hour later after some quick paperwork, drove away with a Ferrari for myself and a Maserati for my wife. It was a fun day and Lorenzo made it that more special. Have also used since then for service and the attention to detail and service is stellar. More
