Recent service for Ferrari 458 Berlinetta I recently had actually 3 Ferraris in for service at Boardwalk Ferrari. A 3 cars were purchased there so I wouldn't think of having them serviced any I recently had actually 3 Ferraris in for service at Boardwalk Ferrari. A 3 cars were purchased there so I wouldn't think of having them serviced any place other than Boardwalk Ferrari. The service for all 3 cars was completed on time. I had great communications for each car as to their status and when they would be ready. Kudos to Steve Fordham, Larry Neighbors, Paul Frey as well as Chris, Nick and the entire team of service technicians for providing what should be award winning service. A special thanks to Quentin and his team who ensure that my cars are always sparkling clean when I pick them up. All of you guys are the best!!!! More

They understand they are are not just working on ordinary cars, and that the owners are very particular (and passionate!) about their exotics. The service team gives us owners comfort that our "babies" are in good hands. I would highly recommend this dealership, and look forward to going back soon. More

I'm becoming increasingly annoyed with the post-sale customer service I'm receiving from Ferrari. I even communicated with the GM, Shane, and he assured me of service policies and etc. but there has been no hint of any action to contradict the lack of front office post-sale service or follow up. I had a few challenges with service but Paul Frey has been very good with communication and any efforts to resolve issues that I may have had for that department. Thank you Paul. I've owned multiple sport cars - 911, Maserati, 2 Gallardo's, and this Ferrari so I'm well versed on what to expect and what not to expect. I didn't expect the lack of purchase appreciation I rec'd from this dealership, at this level. Very disappointed in the POST purchase customer service. More

Professional Service Done Right My 360 Modena wouldn't start. Diagnosis revealed the factory immobilizer unit had failed. It takes awhile to get a replacement from the factory, but My 360 Modena wouldn't start. Diagnosis revealed the factory immobilizer unit had failed. It takes awhile to get a replacement from the factory, but once received, it was installed correctly and quickly by Boardwalk's dedicated service dept. All my conversations were with Paul Frey and he is always polite and professional. Highly recommend. More

Outstanding service I had Boardwalk Ferrari add some aftermarket wheels, tires, and springs to my 430. Sara took care of the organization and everything went as planned. Paul was excellent to work with in the service department during all this and was my biggest supporter on the choice of wheels!! Steve did a fantastic job of beating my expectations by having the car cleaned from the engine bay, to polishing, to making the inside look like new. I can safely say I have not met an employee of Boardwalk that was not friendly at any time during my visits. More

Shortly thereafter, I put in a request for a co My relationship with Boardwalk started about a year ago when I bought a used 458 Italia from Lindsey. Shortly thereafter, I put in a request for a construction slot for a new 458 in Rosso Maranello. Exchanged the old for the new late May, 2015. The entire process was exciting and flawless. When you deal in this price range, you don't want sales tactics and drama. I wanted straight talk and most importantly service. You want to be dealt with fairness, honesty and feel that you are part of the Famiglia. Owning a Ferrari for most of us is a lifelong dream but also a reward for lots of hard work and success. Lindsey, Brian and Paul from service define this experience. The events Boardwalk sponsors especially the Ferrari owners Rally every spring and fall are exhilarating. Those total 8 hours are what I call therapy for the soul. So if you are considering a prancing horse, go see Lindsey and write a check. Next project hopefully will be Maranello factory tour, Ferrari Atelier for 488 and Monza. More
