Best Buying Experience Ever....and we drive BMW's!!!! I was skeptical when my spouse wanted a Cadillac XT5. We had been loyal BMW customers for years but recently have not been thrilled with the quotes o I was skeptical when my spouse wanted a Cadillac XT5. We had been loyal BMW customers for years but recently have not been thrilled with the quotes on a new lease or the service provided every time we took the cars in for maintenance. Paul Glans changed all of that. We leased a new XT5 with no games or gimmicks. He showed us true numbers and treated us with nothing but courtesy and respect. We literally drove home in the car in less than an hour!!! We happily turned in our BMW and love our Cadillac! We were more than happy to inform Chapman BMW when we turned in the BMW X3 why we purchased a Cadillac instead of another BMW. My intention was to get my wife a new car without any increase in the monthly payment, in fact it ended up $1 less. Between Paul Glans, the General manager, and the finance department Sarah Burt, both who bent over backwards to make this happen, the experience was most pleasurable and with a little fun to add to the experience. We ended up with not only the same monthly payment but also with additional add on, so that there was no cost for any maintenance for 48 months. My dad purchased his first 1954 Cadillac from Coulter and our whole family has been a loyal member of the Coulter Cadillac family. We do not feel like customers and the staff there sure makes it feel that way still. This is the second Cadillac that my wife and I have owned both from Coulter Cadillac on camelback. When it comes to the service department, there is no one better than Gary Shimp. My son has a Buick and it is also serviced by Gary. More
