This was my second trip to purchase a car from Allen Hall and Paul Glans. In 2010 my wife and I purchased an SRX from them. I decided that I wanted to get a CTS for myself. I came in to Coulter happy to see them and they treated me fairly and the whole process ran perfectly. Going through finance with Debbie was a great experience as well. She knows her stuff and is quick and efficient. When I called Allen to look for the CTS, I didn't expect that he would remember me at all. As soon as I said my name he instantly remembered me, my wife, my son, and what car we bought and about when we bought it. I was absolutely amazed as that was the first time I bought a car through him (or even met him) and he had that good of a memory of a client from nearly 2 years ago. Whenever I buy a car in the future, I will always start with Allen Hall and Paul Glans! So much so that while I was buying mine, I found a great upgrade for my wifes SRX and we upgraded her car with a very fair deal. This is a team and a dealership that I would confidently recommend to my closest friends and family. They are easy to deal with, know their stuff, treat you well, and are the most customer focused dealership I have ever purchased a car from. More
