I just purchased a new XC90 Hybrid - Paul Heiser did the sale. The transaction was A+ and Paul has always been A+; I have know Paul for over 10 years...always helpful, honest, and willing to go the extra mi sale. There is another Volvo dealership which is much closer to my home...would never consider making a switch given the excellent service at Keystone. More

Worked with Paul Heiser at Keystone Volvo and very happy. I was an out-of-town buyer and the process was fantastic. I ordered the car remotely (I'm from the DMV) with a simple engagement process and paymen I was an out-of-town buyer and the process was fantastic. I ordered the car remotely (I'm from the DMV) with a simple engagement process and payment upfront. The car took a while to get here, but he kept me updated and continued checking-in with his manager. I did a remote trade in - he had me tell him about the car, provide the VIN and gave me an estimate. Better than that, when I picked up the car, there was no hassle / haggle about the value of the car, no extra costs at closing (I was concerned about a bait and switch). The pickup process was 37 minutes - not joking. I told him when I was coming, arrived on time, he was ready, I sat down to finish signing the paperwork (we had done some online), grabbed a water and the keys and took off. It's taken me longer to do test drives at other dealerships. As I get older, I have far less patience for paying a company while getting hassled. This company respected my time and money. In a world where the car purchase game is moving online, we now have a choice. If you're looking for a Volvo, consider driving here to make it happen. More

Buying or leasing (I have done both) a car at Keystone Volvo is stress free with no hype, and tremendous customer service. I asked to test drive the car on my own and they were the ONLY dealership that sa Volvo is stress free with no hype, and tremendous customer service. Paul was great to work with. He answered all of our questions and went over all of the features of the Volvo XC 40. Once we narrowed down are search he came back with a great price on the car. 3rd Time Returning Customer for 12 years I just purchased my 3rd new Volvo at Keystone, a 2019 S60 T5-R Polestar engineered. My first purchase with Keystone was back in 2007 ('08 S40) and I I just purchased my 3rd new Volvo at Keystone, a 2019 S60 T5-R Polestar engineered. My first purchase with Keystone was back in 2007 ('08 S40) and I have been coming here ever since. Paul Heiser was great to work with throughout the entire process. I had been contemplating upgrading my S40 for at least a year and started the process in earnest with Paul about 4 months prior to purchasing my S60. I give Paul tremendous credit for patiently walking me through all of the options as I considered numerous vehicles for my lifestyle and then considering the T6 or T5 once I had decided on the S60. Paul and the team then did a great job of finding the exact vehicle that I wanted. I never once felt pressure to make a decision or purchase, even though I had been coming by and "kicking the tires" for months. We also worked with Paul when purchasing my wife's V60 cross country in 2016; I would recommend Keystone Volvo and Paul Heiser. More
