After a very negative experience with another dealer (misrepresented the condition of a car after I flew in to purchase) dealing with Paul and the Knauz dealership was a pleasure. I was a bit apprehensi (misrepresented the condition of a car after I flew in to purchase) dealing with Paul and the Knauz dealership was a pleasure. I was a bit apprehensive doing another “fly in” deal but they made the transaction stress free for me. They were upfront, honest and professional at all times. You also get a really good impression of what a dealership is like not just when everything goes well, but when there is a problem. In this case, there was an issue with the car (not dealers fault) but they dealt with quickly and with minimum impact on me. Really appreciated that, and will certainly always be taking my car back there for future services. More
