Hi, my name is Paul Kim and I have been a sales consultant for Knauz Mercedes since 2014. a little bit about myself, I was born and raised in Northbrook and currently reside in Skokie. I received my bachelor's degree at Western Illinois University and entered the automotive industry shortly after. I enjoy playing tennis, golf and basketball. Love this dealership! We purchased a new 2016 GLC from Knauz last month. Paul Kim was our sales associate. Loved the personal attention Paul gave us, he was so easy to work with. I have been bringing my car in for washes and everyone is so friendly and helpful. Paul even stops to say hi if he sees my car. Sam Greenberg worked with me to understand all the systems in the car and was very patient. I am able to contact him anytime with any questions I might have in the future. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. And have many times already! So pleased! More

The previous car was a wonderful MDX and now a stunning GLK This past Monday I purchased a car from Knauz for the second time in two and a half years. The previous car was a wonderful MDX and now a stunning GLK350 for my wife. Each visit to Knauz has been a good experience. Our salesman for the Mercedes was Paul Kim. I found Paul to be pleasant, knowledgeable, and honest. He has a very suitable personality for his line of work. I appreciate his factual common sense no pressure style. After a fair negotiation on price we then worked with Mr. Vijay Zaveri on financing the car. I can't recommend this gentlemen highly enough. He was smart, gracious, and understanding of our needs. He was able to put together a deal for us that exceeded my expectations. Simply a superb gentleman to work with. I also want to thank Sam Greenberg for the wonderful assistance he provided my wife. He very quickly and professionally customized the vehicles settings for her. I really appreciate having a world class facility like Knauz in our area to do business with. Awesome Experience I purchased a car from this dealership last week and the service was the best. I inquired online about the vehicle I saw and the responsiveness from Jennifer Pratt was immediate and precise. I entered the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted. I made an appointment and they were anticipating my arrival. Paul Kim was very calm and I enjoyed test driving the car with him. He was able to answer the specific questions I had about the car I was purchasing. Never once did he seem uncertain. Lastly Vijay in financing was so friendly and hilarious. He made me feel comfortable as a female car buyer. I purchased add ons but did not feel pressured. Everyone was polite the facility was comfortable. More

Great Customer Service! I was in the market for a new car and found the CLA 250 and fell in love. We worked with Pail Kim and he was such a pleasure to work with. He was know I was in the market for a new car and found the CLA 250 and fell in love. We worked with Pail Kim and he was such a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He really made it such a great car buying experience. We finally decided we had to have the car and went to pick it up. Everyone we came in contact with from Paul our sales guy to VJ in finance we felt taken care of and at ease. They even washed my fiance's car while we waited! Definitely recommend Paul at Knauz if you are in the mare it for a Mercedes!! More
