We saw a commercial with the new model CLA 250 on tv. We were extremely impressed not only by the look but also by the price. With a little doubt we decided to go and visit the MB dealer in Princeton. We were very lucky that our welcoming person was Paul J. Lai. He offered his help very nice and kindly. We were surprised by the professional approach and the absence of any pressure from him. For every question we asked, Paul had granted an expert answer. It felt like we were meeting with a friend and not with a foreign seller. Time spent on the business conversation passed quickly and pleasantly. We were determined to purchase the vehicle on 99% and the test drive fully persuaded us to buy the CLA 250. Flexible, powerful, and frugal engine, solid interior of the car, nice modern design and excessive price as well as great professionalism of Paul Lai as a dealer made ??us buy this great car. He was polite, informative, and wonderful to work with, not the high-pressure/ pushing sales type, attentive to our needs and interested in finding a vehicle that worked with us. So we settled the deal over the phone next day, that quick! The whole time we were there (about half a day), he was smiling and made us feel welcome and comfortable. His professionalism, expertise, and patience made this entire purchasing experience a very pleasant one. If it were not for him, we probably would not have made a decision right there on the spot. He is well organized and took his time explaining everything and finding the best deal for us which made the process smooth-going and hassle-free. After signing off the paper work, it was already dark and late. He took time to show us how to operate the car and the innovative technologies, and help us set up the settings before we drove off the site. He is a really a model sales representative.
