Mercedes Benz Princeton and Paul Lai understand our needs and quickly identified a potential vehicle and provided easy to understand lease terms with a highly competitive rate. We returned our 2010 vehicle and picked up our 2013 vehicle in approximately 30 minutes. Paul Lai was customer focused throughout this experience. I would recommend Paul to any of my friends because Paul is a professional - He has been in the business for many years and is available to answer questions or provide assistance after you have purchased a is a professional - He has been in the business for many years and is available to answer questions or provide assistance after you have purchased a vehicle. Paul is a very good listener - he doesn't give you a lot of 'car talk' but rather listens to your concerns about the cars you are interesting in purchasing. He follows up - Paul searched out the questions we had about the Mercedes diesel cars vs regular gasoline cars and promptly provided us with answers to all the questions we had. Paul will give you his telephone number and email. He encourages customers to think about the cars and call/email him with any other questions. He is knowledgeable - Paul was extremely helpful during the test drive by pointing out many of the new features on the vehicle, such as the lane detection system and land keeping assist. He gives 'hands on' demonstrations of the navigation systems instead of just telling you about it. Paul is a great salesman! More
