He follows up - Paul searched out the questions we had about the Mercedes diesel cars vs regular gasoline cars and promptly provided us with answers to all the questions we had. Paul will give you his telephone number and email. He encourages customers to think about the cars and call/email him with any other questions. He is knowledgeable - Paul was extremely helpful during the test drive by pointing out many of the new features on the vehicle, such as the lane detection system and land keeping assist. He gives 'hands on' demonstrations of the navigation systems instead of just telling you about it. Paul is a great salesman! More
