He was available to me throughout the purchasing process and was very helpful in taking care of some issues that arose afterwards. Eric Thokaai was the Sales Consultant who showed me the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable, more than any other Toyota Sales Consultant than I met at other dealerships that week. He helped me get the best value for my trade-in by taking the extra step to verify an offer from another dealership. He was even available to answer my questions over the phone after I purchased the vehicle. Paul Leahy made the leasing process simple and fast. I am very thankful I chose to go with DCH Freehold Toyota.

Dmitri went above and beyond to make sure that i walked out of the dealership without any doubts that i was getting a good deal, that my questions were answered, and that i was completely satisfied with the entire process. The reason we went back to DCH Freehold Toyota was solely because of Dmitri! He has a way of dealing with people that just make you want to come back.
This is my third Toyota from this dealership, and would gladly and highly recommend this dealership. You have a great staff that go out of their way to make you feel at 'home'.

They are both very knowledgable and helpful. Paul Leahy made it very comfortable for me to talk financing, and the pros and cons of extended warranties. But the main reason I keep coming back to DCH Freehold Toyota is the combination of Steve Yap, the very friendly and extremely knowledgable manager, and Jerry Rechtman in the service department. I have known these 2 men for many years, and they have always been very honest and respectful in their dealings with me. Both men are always helpful, and always go out of their way to make sure I am satisfied before I leave the building. As long as they are there, I will keep doing business with this fine dealership. I highly recommend DCH Freehold Toyota/Scion. And all the individuals mentioned deserve MORE than a rating of 5.

When I entered the dealership, I was felt very
comfortable and at ease. I had first visited the Toyota dealership on route one in North Brunswick and I had to leave because I was uncomfortable and

Uncool. So I immediately drove to Freehold. A whole different atmosphere. Peaceful, relax, comfortable. Mr. Vinny approached my family and he answered all questions that I had. I loved his honesty. It was about total customer satisfaction not just getting a sale. I appreciate that. He worked with me and got the deal I need especially after loosing 2 cars during the Sandy Storm. My plans was to look at the Corolla. I ended up driving with a 2013 Corolla. Mr. Paul also was a wonderful man and got us a cool deal. Thank you Freehold. I will be back.
