Knowing this is an important purchase, John accommodated our request to test drive the two models that we were deciding between. He thoroughly answered all of the questions that we had about each model, and our request to test drive the two models that we were deciding between. He thoroughly answered all of the questions that we had about each model, and was able to work out the monthly payment that we hoped to pay for the RAV 4 that we ulitmately chose. Paul was efficient and respectful of our time while thoroughly explaining all options. More

I definitely recommend this dealership/dealers(Gunther Wu, Ron Agosto) for anyone interested in a toyota or scion. The customer service was beyond great. I choose to get a manual transmission car but didn't know how to drive it, they personally gave me stick shift driving lessons and when I bought the car sent a person to drive the car home for me since Im not experienced enough. Great people, if I get another scion/toyota, this is the place I'm going to. More

My wife and I enjoyed a very pleasant buying experience where the Sales consultant was very knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive. Our other interactions with the sales manager as well as the finance m where the Sales consultant was very knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive. I have leased Toyota RAV4 at this dealership. All I can say is that all people I've worked with did a great job, took a very good care of me and were very responsive to my interests and needs. It is refreshing to due business with an educated salesman. My wife and I would most definitely purchase another vehicle from this establishment based on comfort level, product explanation and service excellence.
