I honestly can say that Vinny was the nicest sales man I ever dealt with . I perchased my first car in 1977 , and it did not that long to understand how undrhanded those sales men were. His kindness to my wife understanding this car was for her and leading her into the perfect car for her . Vinny made me feel confident that Toyota was a safe ,relieable car ,for my wife and children . The sales consultant assigned to me was very knowledgeable and willing to work with me on prices. He was also very patient with me while I was making decisions; I did not feel rushed in anyway. The finance manager I spoke to was also helpful. He very carefully and thoroughly explained to me the different warranty options and allowed me plenty of time to make my decisions. Everyone I encountered was friendly, educated, and gave excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

This dealership is the BEST I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Vinny and Ron put me on the waiting list, kept me updated with ample communication, answered all of my questions and got the car 3 weeks earlier then expected. Vinny stayed late to make sure the deal went through without a hitch and Paul helped get me the best financing rate and explained all of my options. In addition, thanks to Scion's "Pure Price" there was no hassle or mark up and I even received a $1,000 college discount. I couldn't be happier with my car buying experience, DCH Freehold Toyota Scion was fantastic and I plan on returning there for all service and future vehicle purchases! More

I have never owned a brand new car. I always buy pre-owned/used cars. This is my first brand new car. From the time, I looked up cars to the end. DCH toyota has made my buying experience very enjoyable and pleasant. I looked a particular model on toyota.com and submitted quote request to the local dealers. Brooke Vega from DCH responded with in hours with a price I could not believe and refuse. I had looked at KBB and had a price in mind to negotiate, but DCH beat me to the price by a huge discount. I call Brook Vega and express my interest to drop by their dealership At the dealership, I was greeted by Chris Simmons who was very professional from start to finish. Chris was patient to understand what my needs are. He took the time to take for a test drive and also showed us the car which Brooke Vega had priced. I was approved by Toyota Financial Services for 0.9% APR for 60 months which further solidified my intentions to buy a Toyota. The same day evening I showed up with my wife and the deal was sealed. It is very typical of car dealerships to add unnecessary options as a requirement to make additional revenue. Chris neither did put pressure or kind of try to scare us to buy the secure etch and the paint protection package worth 800$, but I opted for it. I was then introduced to Paul Leahy the finance manager who took me into his office to complete the paper work. He walked me through the paper work and then presented me with extended warranty options for the new car. Again no pressure to buy or no scare tactics. I was interested in the Toyota Platinum extended warranty and the price was little out of my range. Paul worked with me and made pricing adjustments so that I can get the warranty. Many dealers that I know try not to discount the extended warranty, but DCH Freehold Toyota seems to understand the real value of a good customer. Over all, I was extremely satisfied with the level of customer service at DCH Freehold. It gets even better, after i signed the dotted line and took delivery of my brand new car, I changed my mind regarding the secure etch and the paint protection. After reading online reviews, it felt like it was snake oil and a wastage of $$. Once you have closed a deal, it is not easy to get a refund or a credit. But I called Chris and expressed my concerns and told him that I would like to withdraw my consent to the options and would like a refund or credit. Chris stepped up and without any hesitation told me that Paul would take care and apply the refund credits towards my monthly payment. DCH Freehold is about 40 minutes from where I live and I have other Toyota Dealers with in 20minutes from my house. I will take both my toyotas to DCH Freehold only for one reason - These guys at DCH Freehold Toyota knows what customer service is and knows how to treat a customer. More

He let me choose the vehicle I liked then we went over the prices. Based on my finances, I chose a certified pre-owned vehicle. Chris was very knowledgable of the vehicle and it's options. He was also great when dealing with my insurance company. Next, I was off to see Paul Leahy to go over the financing. Paul made me feel right at home in his office. He went over every detail. He showed me a couple of different financing options based on by situation. I never felt like I was paying for anything unnecessary. There were no hidden fees. The process was quick and painless. Overall, my experience at DCH Freehold Toyota Scion was great. I never felt that they were trying to sell me a car I didn't want. I never felt I was paying more than I should be. I drove past many other dealerships to get to this one and I'm glad I did. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. More
