When my husband bid on a used car on EBay, I was a bit skeptical, until we came to DCH Freehold Toyota. We were looking for a used car for our daughter. When it came to financing Paul (Leahy) was accommodating and went above and beyond the call of duty to help us. Not only were Steve and Paul helpful and friendly but the entire staff of DCH was too! We were offered complimentary coffee, and made to feel at home. On May 5th, Cinquo di Mayo, we arrived to pick up our daughter's car. It was clean and ready to go. The plates were put on and we drove off the lot with her 'new' car. Even though it was a used car, we received a car that was reliable and we had no surprises. From my initial contact with Henry Grossman thru my drive away with my new Prius, it has been great. My initial visit to the showroom put me in a good mood. The sales people seemed to enjoy their jobs and they were all positve and upbeat. Everyone I met made me feel welcomed. Henry Grossman ultimately sold me the Prius and I can't say enough nice things about him. Joe Adorno got me up and running on the technology and Paul Leahy filled me in on the all the long term issues of car ownership and how to minimize my stress in dealing with them (I plan on keeping this car for at least 6-8 years, afterall it is a Toyota, and it will still be running like new). This dealership is the benchmark other car dealers should stive for. Before purchasing this Toyota, I went to the dealer where I purchased my privious Toyota (Lawrence)-What a turn off. It made me look for somewhere else to purchase. I made the right decision at Freehold Toyota. More
