I had approached Keith Gore almost a year ago while getting my 2007 Camry serviced and was not really in the market for a new car, but Keith took the time for me explaining all the newer features and i getting my 2007 Camry serviced and was not really in the market for a new car, but Keith took the time for me explaining all the newer features and improvements to a Camry since my purchase of the 2007 Camry at Freehold Toyota. Since we was so helpful, I sought him out when arriving at the dealership on April 21, 2012 with the intention of purchasing a new Camry. I was totally satisfied with all Keith did for me with pricing. I outright told him I was not a person who was going to haggle about price, just to do the right thing by me when going to his manager about my turn in and price of the car. I told Keith that i had done my homework on web sites and knew ballpark what was going to be a good deal. I was very happy and sealed the deal. I was then introduced to Paul J. Leahy the Finance service manager. I told Paul exactly what I wanted and did not want with respect to the additional warranty purchases. He did explain all available options to me, but I had purchased too may additional warranties when I purchased the 2007 Camry that were not used. Paul is going to check for me if any unused warranties from the 2007 purchase are refundable, which was much appreciated. All in all, I was extremely happy with DCH Freehold Toyota and these two men who assisted me in my purchase. Keith made sure I was going to have EXACTLY what I wanted, which I greatly appreciated. Their respective management should be made aware of their well satisfied customer. Also, as far as service, Freehold Toyota service department is all I have used for the 2007 and plan to do so for my 2012. Since the 2007 has not been serviced for the last 5,000 miles, I do hope that Donald R. Noack Jr, Asst Service Manager is still there as he has been my go-to in the service area for years. I will continue to use Don (assumption that he is still there) for service needs. More

This was our second opportunity to work with DCH Freehold Toyota and specifically with Ian. We had come to the end of our lease agreement and decided that another lease best fit our current situation. Toyota and specifically with Ian. We had moved since our first deal with Freehold Toyota and there were several Toyota dealerships closer to us. We went back to Freehold, however, because we felt they were the best dealership to get us the price we wanted(e.g. hoping for a repeat customer discount). We were not disappointed. In fact, I transacted most of the financials over two phones calls with Ian. Ian proved again that he is customer focused and professionally transparent with the numbers. When I arrived at the dealership, Ian had already organized the paperwork and had my vehicle prepped for delivery. Paul was very professional as well and not too "pushy" when it came to added services in the finance department. Paul was also transparent in the services that could best fit my situation. Overall, another professional experience at DCH Freehold Toyota. More

They said no problem, told me not to compromise and said they will find the car for me. 20 min later, they found a White Camry unloading in the lot, fresh off the truck. I was thrilled. These guys really went the extra mile to make this happen. Their service was great. Plus, Paul was there to explain the financing side of things. This is how car shopping should be. I drove a long way (from Morris County) to Freehold and it was well worth the trip. More
