Gunther has always treated us very fairly and with great respect. He makes it very clear as to what he can and, when necessary, cannot do. During our latest purchase, we also met with Paul Leahy in the Finance Area. Paul was very pleasant and worked with us to ensure we were happy with our purchase. She was upfront with with all information, had no problem giving me a printed quote for every vehicle I considered, and she contacted me to my needs. Other dealerships kept calling me, and frequently I was contacted by several employess from the same dealership. Michelle was the only one from DCH who contacted me, and that's the way I wanted it to be. Michelle did everything she could to accommodate my schedule, and when I came to pick up the new vehicle she diligently completed all the paperwork and then walked me to Paul Leahy. Paul very carefully explained my choices with financing and warranties. He did not rush me, but rather wanted to make certain I was comfortable with my choices. Working with Dmitri was a pleasure. He was professional, polite, and was always asking if we were getting what we needed from him. I stopped on our first visit with very little time to spare which I relaye polite, and was always asking if we were getting what we needed from him. I stopped on our first visit with very little time to spare which I relayed to Dmitri. He quickly helped me with my request, got me what I needed and allowed me to make my appointment. That to me was a huge plus as I know he would have liked to have me spend more time there. My wife worked with him on getting the car she wanted (2012 Highlander SE) with the options she needed. Dmitri worked very hard for us and we quickly came to an agreement on price which we appreciated. At no time did we feel pressured or pushed by him, unlike a lot of other dealerships. In the end we went with Freehold because of Dmitri even though it was 45 mins from us. The team at Freehold was excellent and they should be very proud of their dealership. We worked with Paul in Finance and he too was excellent though we did not finance with Toyota. Freehold's ratings are high for a reason - they deliver.
